2 sweet potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt, to taste
Optional: garlic powder, rosemary, paprika, or pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Slice sweet potatoes as thinly as possible, preferably with a mandolin.
Combine olive oil, salt, and any additional spices in bowl. Add sliced sweet potatoes and mix to thoroughly coat every slice.
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Arrange sweet potato slices evenly on baking sheets without overlapping. Bake for 11 minutes (or until crispy), and flip. Bake for another 11 minutes or until both sides are evenly brown.
Remove from oven and let cool.
