Hydration Multiplier for Kids PR Box Giveaway is LIV Group, Inc., dba Liquid I.V. (“Sponsor” or “Liquid I.V.”). This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, X (formerly knows as Twitter), TikTok, Instagram or any other social network or platform. You understand that you are providing your information to Promotion Entities, and not to Facebook, X, TikTok, Instagram or any other social network or platform.**  

The MiiR Parties (as defined herein) are not sponsors of the Giveaway, and are in no way responsible for the administration of the Giveaway, the verification of winner, the fulfillment of prizing or any other aspect of the Giveaway. None of the MiiR Parties are Giveaway Entities. All inquiries regarding the Giveaway should be directed to Sponsor and not to the MiiR Parties.  

**2\. HOW TO ENTER:**  

Beginning on September 12, 2023, at 12pm PST through September 18, 2023, at 11:59 PM PST, go to [https://www.instagram.com/liquidiv/,](https://www.instagram.com/liquidiv/,) follow @LIQUIDIV on Instagram, and find the post on @LIQUIDIV’s Instagram account for the **Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier for Kids PR Box Giveaway.** Enter between 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on September 12, 2023, and 11:59 PM PST on September 18, 2023 (the "Entry Period"). You must enter this giveaway by online entry. You must (i) like the **Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier for Kids PR Box Giveaway** Post on @LIQUIDIV’s Instagram account, (ii) tag another user’s Instagram handle in the **Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier for Kids PR Box Giveaway** post on Instagram and, (iii) you must make sure your Instagram account that you are entering with is following both @LIQUIDIV and @MiiR on Instagram, (iv) for bonus entry, share the **Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier for Kids PR Box Giveaway** post to your IG story. Successful submission of all required information shall be considered an “Entry.” TWO (2) ENTRIES TOTAL ARE ALLOWED PER INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT.

For all entries:   
Each entrant is eligible to submit up to two (2) Promotion entries per Method of Entry during the Promotion Period, regardless of method or combination of Methods of Entry or number of entries submitted. Total entries into the Promotion not to exceed two (2) per entrant. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or other relevant account. Any attempt by you to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void your entries and you may be disqualified. Use of any repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar technology, system or agent (including without limitation promotion entry services) to enter is prohibited and will void all of your entries. Any automated receipt (such as one confirming delivery of text message or e-mail) does not constitute proof of actual receipt by Administrator of an entry. Promotion Entities are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. All entries become the property of Administrator and none will be acknowledged or returned. 

**3\. ELIGIBILITY:** 

Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age and older as of September 12, 2023, or the age of majority in their state of legal residence, whichever is older, except for **Sponsor**,  Promotion Entities,  MiiR Partiesand their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited by law. 

**4\. DRAWING:** 

A random drawing will be conducted on or about September 19, 2023 by Sponsor to select ten (10) winners from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Selected Grand Prize Winners will be notified by Instagram Direct Message using information provided at time of entry and must respond within one (1) business day to give a valid email address where notification of potential winner status and required documents as described below can be sent. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winners. By entering this sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Promotion Entities to use winner's name for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply. 

**5\. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:**  

By entering this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Sponsor, Promotion Entities, MiiR Parties and Instagram harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Promotion Entities will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize. If, in the Sponsor's opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to request that the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form. 

**6\. PRIZE AND RELEASE:** 

Total prize value: $76.49. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to ten (10) winners using the selection process described below and satisfaction of eligibility requirements set forth above. The Grand Prizes will consist of: 

• 1 8ct box od each new Hydration Multiplier for Kids flavor (Banana, Crisp Apple, Cotton Candy, Concord grape, Tropical Punch) (5 boxes total) 

• 1 6ct box of Hydration Multiplier in Tropical Punch  

• 1 exclusive Liquid I.V. backpack   

• 2 MiiR water bottles (1 20oz and 1 12oz) 

• 1 pack of colored pencils   

• 1 sticker sheet  

• 1 kid’s activity book  

• 1 pack of plantable seed paper 

Prize is not redeemed for cash. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. 

**Releases:  By participating, entrant indemnifies, releases and agrees to hold harmless (a) Sponsor, Giveaway Entities, Meta Platforms, Inc. and the MiiR Parties and each of their respective parent companies, partners, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively “Released Parties”); and (b) the directors, officers, agents, representatives, shareholders, employees, successors and assigns of any of the above Released Parties; from any and all liability arising from participating in the Giveaway, any Giveaway-related activity and/or the acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of the prize (as applicable). Without limiting the foregoing, Released Parties make no representation, warranty or guarantee of any kind regarding prize or any part thereof; this includes but is not limited to the warranty of merchantability or fitness for intended purpose. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s agreement to the use of his/her name, address (city, state), likeness, image, voice, photograph or other indicia of persona and/or statements regarding the Sponsor or the Giveaway for advertising, publicity and trade purposes by Sponsor and its designees, without further compensation or any notice or approval of any kind.**  

ENTRANTS AND WINNER AGREE that the release given herein shall be a full, final an general release of all claims, known or unknown and releasors waive the benefits of California Civil Code Section 1542 which reads as follows: 

**A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.** 

Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning the prize furnished in connection with the Sweepstakes. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, THE PRIZE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE ONLY WARRANTIES ON THE PRIZE (IF ANY) ARE THOSE OF APPLICABLE PRIZE SUPPLIER, WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THEIR TERMS – IF ANY – AND  ARE THOSE OF THE PRIZE SUPPLIER. 

**7\. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM:**  

Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of **California**, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Los Angeles, California. 

**8\. PRIVACY:**  

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on [https://www.liquid-iv.com/pages/privacy-policy](https://www.liquid-iv.com/pages/privacy-policy). If prompted, please do not share any personal information with any accounts other than the Sponsor’s account. 

**9\. WINNERS LIST:**  

For the name of the prize winner, available after September 19, 2023, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to Sponsor at the address set forth in Section 10.
