PROMOTION OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF ALL THE UNITED STATES, 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY
1. No Purchase Necessary: NO ENTRY FEE, PAYMENT, OR PROOF OF PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The Promotion is void outside of the United States of America and where prohibited by law. Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry to participate.
2. To Enter: This promotion involves winning 24 pre-selected pouches[KL1] of Liquid I.V. The QR code will direct entrants to a landing page where they can submit their entry. Entrants can enter by signing up on the Liquid I.V website by visiting https://www.liquid-iv.com/pages/ice-cream-giveaway to register. Limit one (1) entry per person. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. The Promotion Period begins at 12:01 a.m. ET on 8/1/2024, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 8/31/2024. Entries must be received within the Promotion Period to be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.
3. Eligibility: Open to all United States residents, with a United States shipping address, 18 years of age and older as of time of entry, except for employees of [Liquid IV] (“Sponsor”), and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, owners, partners, shareholders, agents, agencies, insurers, attorneys, successors, or assigns (collectively, “Representatives”, and the Sponsor, and their respective Representatives, collectively, the “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.
4. Prize/Drawing: Twelve (12) winners will be selected on Wednesday September 4, 2024. Each winner will receive 24 pre-selected pouches of Liquid I.V. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize is $599. Total ARV of all prizes: $7,197. Limit one prize per family or household. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for all income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize and all additional expenses not outlined as part of the prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be selected randomly by Sponsor or its designee, with the drawing and notification to winners occurring within 48 hours of each weekly entry period closing. Failure to respond within 48 hours of notification will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. By entering this Promotion, entrant accepts and agrees to these official rules (the “Official Rules”) and the decisions of the Administrator, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.
5. Prize Restrictions: Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
6. Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Promotion; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Promotion; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Promotion, or announcement of the prizes. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Promotion, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this Promotion. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form.
7. Participation: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
8. Choice of Law and Forum: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, local state laws, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Los Angeles, California.
8. Privacy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on https://www.liquid-iv.com/pages/ice-cream-giveaway.
9. Winners List: For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Liquid I.V. Corporate Headquarters attn: Ice Cream Giveaway 777 S Aviation Blvd, El Segundo, CA 90245. Requests must be received within four (4) weeks of the end of the Promotion Period.
10. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and decisions of the Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects.
