Blood Orange Spritz

Inspired by the classic Italian spritz, this recipe pairs Liquid I.V. Blood Orange with grenadine for a stunning red-orange hue, a splash of fresh lemon for balance, and elderflower tonic for that signature spritz fizz. It's refreshing, easy to make, and just as good for a backyard gathering as it is for a quiet night in.

Ingredients

1 packet Liquid I.V. Blood Orange
8 oz water
1/8 oz grenadine
1 oz fresh lemon juice
4–6 sage leaves
8 oz elderflower tonic water
Ice
Garnish: blood orange wheel and sage leaves

Instructions

Mix the Liquid I.V. Blood Orange packet with 8 oz water until fully dissolved. Add the grenadine, fresh lemon juice, and sage leaves, then shake well. Pour the mixture into a wine glass filled with a few ice cubes, and top off with the elderflower tonic water. Garnish with a blood orange wheel and a few extra sage leaves.
