LIQUID I.V. 45-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

At Liquid I.V., we stand behind our products and quality controls.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Liquid I.V. product you purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund or replacement product within 45 days of the date of purchase.

The 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to purchases made outside of liquid-iv.com. For purchases made on liquid-iv.com, please follow our return policy here.  

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Liquid I.V. 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.  The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.

How To Claim The Guarantee

If you are unable to return your product to the authorized seller from whom it was purchased, please call 855-386-4021 or email info@liquid-iv.com to submit your Guarantee request and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product.  You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase, submit photos of your product or its packaging, mail the unused portion of your product to Liquid I.V., or provide other information to assist Liquid I.V. in reviewing your request.

You must submit your Guarantee request within 45 days of the date of original purchase.  Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase.

Guarantee Guidelines

Liquid I.V. reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Liquid I.V. concludes that the purchaser has abused the Liquid I.V. 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Liquid I.V. may amend or terminate the Liquid I.V. 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.
