5 Wellness Accounts Worthy of the "Follow" Button

When it comes to the building blocks of what we are, we have to consider more than just the food we eat and how we hydrate. We’re also made up of all that we watch, absorb, read, learn, who we interact with, and beyond. What we take in through our senses—especially on social media, which takes up an average of 2.5 hours on the daily—can inform our reality and overall mindset. With that in mind, here’s a roundup of five accounts we think provide the ideal mix of fun and function, to fuel your feed.
