Purchased/Account Holder: If you've purchased from us before, use the same email address you used at checkout. This is the email where you received your order confirmation. Using this email ensures you can view your order history and access all your previous transactions in one place.

Never Purchased/No Account: If this is your first time, you can use any personal email address to create your account. If you already have a Shop account, we recommend using the email associated with it for faster and smoother authentication.

Simply use the email address associated with your existing account to log in. We'll send you a one-time verification code to access your account securely—no password needed. It's that easy!

Shop Login: starts with your email address, then gives you flexible verification options. After entering your email, you can choose to receive a secure code via text message (if you have a phone number on file) or through email. This dual-option approach gives you the convenience of choosing how you'd like to access your account each time you log in.

Email Login: sends a verification code directly to your email inbox—simple and secure, no passwords to remember! Once you request your code, be sure to check your Social and Promotional folders if you don't see it in your main inbox right away. If you still can't find it, check your spam folder as well, especially if you've previously blocked our sender email. For added convenience, you can add us to your primary inbox to ensure future login codes arrive right where you expect them.

Customer accounts is the newest version of customer accounts, and lets your customers log in using a one-time 6-digit verification code sent by email. A password isn't required to log in.

The reasons behind this change are the added security for customers, the accessibility of password-less logins, and the ability to manage all our programs (membership, orders, subscriptions) in one account portal.
