1. Eligibility
Nominate A Real Life Hero (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States (50 United States and the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Proof of residency and age may be required. Employees and directors of Conopco, Inc. d/b/a Unilever, The LIV Group, Inc., dba Liquid I.V. and their parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, and advertising or promotional agencies or individuals involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Giveaway and the immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year, whether related or not. To enter the Giveaway or receive a prize, you must fully comply with these official rules (“Official Rules”) and, by entering, you represent and warrant that you expressly agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions shall be binding and final in all respects relating to this Giveaway. The Giveaway is governed by these Official Rules and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
2. Sponsor
The LIV Group, Inc., dba Liquid I.V., 2121 Park Place, Suite 120, El Segundo, CA 90245.
3. Timing
Giveaway begins June 1, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time and ends August 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“Entry Period”).
4. How to Enter
During the Entry Period a person can nominate themselves as a hero or a person can nominate and enter another person as a hero in the Giveaway. To enter go to InsertURL and provide your name, email address and phone number and the following details on the person you are nominating which can be yourself: name, email address, profile type and explain what makes them a local hero. If nominating another individual, the nominated individual must meet all eligibility requirements stated herein and must execute all required documentation to receive a prize. By submitting a nomination, you represents you have obtained permission from the nominated individual to provide their personal information to Sponsor. A person may only be entered once.
Use of any automated system to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries all of which will be ineligible to win a prize. Entries will not be acknowledged.
5. Winner Determination
There will be two (2) separate drawing dates. The first drawing will take place on or around July 6, 2026 where ten (10) winners will be random drawing of all valid entries received up to the point of the drawing. The second drawing will take place on or around September 1, 2026 where fifteen (15) winners will be random drawing of all valid entries received during the Entry Period. There will be a total of 25 potential grand prize winners. Sponsor will notify the potential prize winners by phone and/or email. If a potential winner was nominated, the Sponsor will only be contacting the person that was nominated and will not be contacting the individual that made the nomination. Potential winners must follow all instructions from Sponsor before he or she can be declared a prize winner and eligible to claim a prize. Potential prize winners must respond to all communication within 48 hours unless another time frame is stated in the communication. In the event the potential prize winner fails to adhere to Sponsor’s instructions, the potential prize winner may be disqualified from the Giveaway and ineligible to claim a prize or receive any type of compensation. In Sponsor’s sole discretion, a selected entry of a potential prize winner will be disqualified from the Giveaway and not eligible to receive a prize if a potential prize winner: a) is unreachable or unresponsive to notification or attempted notification; or b) declines or cannot accept, receive or use the prize or any component of the prize for any reason; or c) does not meet eligibility requirements; or d) has failed to comply with these Official Rules; or e) fails to respond by the deadline stated in the notification. Limit of one (1) prize per person.
6. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received up to the point of the drawing or during the Entry Period.
7. POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR. SPONSOR’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE ADMINISTRATION, OPERATION, SELECTION OF THE WINNER AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED TO THE GIVEAWAY. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REQUIRE A POTENTIAL WINNER TO PROVIDE EVIDENCE THAT OBJECTIVELY DEMONSTRATES THEY MEET THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA DESCRIBED IN THE ENTRY. FAILURE TO COOPERATE OR TIMELY SUBMIT ANY VERIFICATION MAY RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF THE PRIZE.
8. Verification of Potential Winners
Potential winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Publicity Release (where permitted by law) (collectively, the “Affidavit”) by the date specified by Sponsor, or an alternate potential winner may be selected. In the event: (a) potential winner cannot be reached within the stated time frame for whatever reason or Affidavit is returned as undeliverable; (b) potential winner declines or cannot accept, receive or use the prize for any reason; (c) of noncompliance with the above or within any of the aforesaid time periods, (d) potential winner is found to be ineligible to enter the Giveaway or receive the prize, (e) potential winner cannot or does not comply with the Official Rules, or (f) potential winner fails to fulfill the Affidavit-related obligations, the potential winner shall be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, from among the other eligible entries received. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification and Affidavit procedures in connection with the selection of alternate potential winner, if any.
9. Grand Prizes
Twenty Five (25) grand prizes will be awarded. Each grand prize winner will receive six hundred (600) packets of Liquid IV. Flavor will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prize will be shipped to winner’s address in the United States. Approximate retail value of each grand prize is $500.
For all prizes: No cash equivalent for the prize, prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities, as well as any other costs and expenses not specified herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner may be required to complete and return an IRS W-9 form (i.e. Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification). Prize will be awarded only if the potential prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules. Approximate retail value of all prizes is $12,500.
10. Entry Conditions and Release
Each entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Giveaway; (b) release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Conopco, Inc. d/b/a Unilever and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies and any other person and organization responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Giveaway, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant’s entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Giveaway, acceptance, possession, attendance at, defect in, delivery of, inability to use, use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry. Each winner acknowledges that the prize is awarded as-is without warranty of any kind.
11. Publicity
By accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo, address (city and state of residence), voice, and statements relating to the Giveaway to Sponsor without further compensation, notification, or permission in any publicity or advertising carried out by Sponsor or any of their related entities, or anyone authorized by Sponsor in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed without territorial or time limitation, except where prohibited by law.
12. General Conditions and Limitations of Liability.
Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, as well as Conopco, Inc. d/b/a Unilever, and any other person or organization responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Giveaway (collectively, the “Released Parties”), shall not be responsible for: (a) entries that contain inaccurate information, are incomplete, corrupted, lost, late, misdirected, illegible, unintelligible, damaged, delayed, or otherwise not received by the intended recipient in whole or in part, whether due to computer, technical, human, or other error of any kind; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, network hardware or software, websites, or internet service; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the administration of the Giveaway; (d) technical or human error in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; (e) any injury, damage, or loss to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; (f) any inability of a selected entrant to accept or use a prize for any reason; or (g) delays, cancellations, interruptions, or other impacts to the Giveaway or prize fulfillment due to causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, including but not limited to Acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, terrorism, weather events, labor disputes, or governmental actions.
By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be: (i) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or any website associated with the Giveaway; (ii) acting in violation of these Official Rules; (iii) entering or attempting to enter the Giveaway multiple times through the use of multiple identities, email addresses, or automated devices; or (iv) engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct. If, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, the integrity, administration, security, or proper operation of the Giveaway is compromised by technical failures, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway, or to award the prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to the action taken. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. Except where prohibited by law, entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy for any claim arising out of participation in the Giveaway shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in entering the Giveaway (if any), and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
13. Disputes

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be settled by binding arbitration in a location determined by the arbitrator as set forth herein (provided that such location is reasonably convenient for claimant), or at such other location as may be mutually agreed upon by the parties, in accordance with the procedural rules for commercial disputes set forth in the Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures of JAMS (“JAMS Rules and Procedures”) then prevailing, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitrator shall be selected pursuant to the JAMS Rules and Procedures. The arbitrator shall apply New York law consistent with the Federal Arbitration Act and applicable statutes of limitations and shall honor claims of privilege recognized at law. If the claimant is able to demonstrate that the costs of arbitration will be prohibitive as compared to the costs of litigation, Sponsor will pay as much of the claimant’s filing and hearing fees in connection with the arbitration as the arbitrator deems necessary to prevent the arbitration from being cost-prohibitive. If any part of this arbitration provision is deemed to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal (other than that claims will not be arbitrated on a class or representative basis), or otherwise conflicts with the JAMS Rules and Procedures, then the balance of this arbitration provision shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid, unenforceable, illegal, or conflicting provision were not contained herein. If, however, the portion that is deemed invalid, unenforceable, or illegal is that claims will not be arbitrated on a class or representative basis, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void, and neither claimant nor Sponsor shall be entitled to arbitrate their dispute. Upon filing a demand for arbitration, all parties to such arbitration shall have the right of discovery, which discovery shall be completed within sixty (60) days after the demand for arbitration is made, unless further extended by mutual agreement of the parties. THE ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL BE IN THE ENTRANT’S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE OR JOIN THE CLAIMS OF OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES WHO MAY BE SIMILARLY SITUATED. DO NOT ENTER THIS GIVEAWAY IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO HAVE ANY CLAIM OR CONTROVERSY ARBITRATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE GIVEAWAY, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION AS SET FORTH ABOVE, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (4) ENTRANT’S REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO EVERY ENTRANT.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of the Giveaway Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York without regard to any other conflicts of law principles. All entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in New York County, New York.

15. Giveaway Results
For Giveaway results, send a written request to Winners List - Nominate A Real Life Hero, The LIV Group, Inc., dba Liquid I.V., 2121 Park Place, Suite 120, El Segundo, CA 90245. Winners List must be received within 60 days of the end of the Entry Period.
