Effects Of
Dehydration

  • 1-2%

    Dehydration resulting in loss of body mass of 1-2% or more can result in impaired cognitive function, mood and aerobic performance.[3]

    Aerobic exercise can be things like:

    • Jogging
    • Cycling
    • Swimming
  • 3-5%

    Dehydration resulting in loss of body mass of 3-5% can lead to a decrease in sport specific skills, anaerobic exercise and cool weather performance.[3]

    Anaerobic exercise can be things like:
